High-strength wood composite materials through nanotechnologyCompleted

Objective:

The objective of this project is enhanced performance of laminated wood composites. The intent is to improve the interfacial properties through nanotechnology and advanced composite materials (potentially derived from wood waste/residues) to improve the performance in structural members and joints for use in tall timber buildings.
