More specifically, the project is intended to:
- conduct a literature review and analysis of the procedures used in industry to minimize this phenomenon;
- carry out a physical-chemical characterization of exuded compounds;
- propose and evaluate exudation reduction strategies in the laboratory in cooperation with industry;
- transfer and test the best solutions for industrial scale applications, if applicable.
